Folk Art: Elephant Table (Nepal)

A Nepalese colourfully hand-painted, wooden side table shaped to resemble an elephant carrying a disc on its back.

Condition: there is some splitting to the wood on account of its age, with some pre-existing repairs. It’s had a life, and this adds to its appeal.
