  • Items are usally dispatched within 2–4 working days.
  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
  • Any extended lead times for specific pieces will be clearly stated on the product page, or notified to you as soon as possible after receiving your order.

3. UK Shipping

  • We ship across the United Kingdom using trusted courier partners.
  • Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days from dispatch.
  • Shipping costs are charged at a flat rate.
  • You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

4. International Shipping

We ship worldwide to most destinations.

  • Delivery times vary by country but typically range from 5–14 working days from dispatch.
  • Shipping rates are charged at a flat rate.

Import Duties & Taxes:
All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Vaulted Gallery does not collect or control these fees, and we cannot advise on specific costs as they vary by jurisdiction.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, any return shipping costs or losses incurred will be deducted from any refund due.

5. Packaging

All items are packaged securely using materials appropriate for fine art and decorative objects. Larger or fragile pieces may be shipped in reinforced or custom packaging to ensure safe transit.

6. Delivery Issues

If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) with photographs and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of ordering. Vaulted Gallery cannot be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the buyer.
