Alan Wallwork: Split Pod Vase

Sculptural stoneware vase by Alan Wallwork (1931-2019), formed as a split seed pod with finely incised flowing lines and a pierced central opening. Finished in a pale speckled glaze that accentuates the texture and form of the vessel.
